FAQ's

Notify our office about the breakdown and they’ll advise the best possible way to handle the problem. If you are out of coverage you can find the nearby local garage to fix whatever problem while trying to get hold of our main office.

Contact us immediately, or nearby lodge or police station, in an event that you need to leave the vehicle behind kindly leave it at the reception of any hotel or lodge nearby and we will collect it from them.

Vehicles do comes with third part insurance covering only the third part, the vehicle damage and their accessories are not covered. Upgrading to Comprehensive is possible at extra fee.

In unlikely event when you are forced to leave the vehicle at different place than agreed, you will be required to inform the office for authorisation, kindly note that some fees may be applicable for such.

Report to the nearest police station within 24hrs and obtain the loss report form for insurance claims, items and accessories fitted in the car are not covered by the insurance.

Most National Parks prefers pre-payments before check in to the parks, plan your itinerary accordingly to avoid unnecessary delays upon check in at the park entry gates. In unlikely event when you have overstayer in the park the penalties and charges associated with that have to be cleared before your departure.

We advice you give yourself enough time to collect and deliver the vehicle as pre-inspections are done prior to collect and deliver the vehicles. Offices are open at 08,30am and closes at 6pm all vehicles needs to be picked and delivered back at the office.
